Mixed experience. Some issues noted

the staff was cute, which i appreciated.
The room i had booked was not available upon arrival, a disappointment. the replacement room faced the interior, not offering the views advertised. the air conditioning was also ineffective, maintaining a temperature that was far from satisfactory. This made sleeping difficult.

The staff provided a full tour of the premises and my room upon arrival, a nice touch. I could leave my bags early. They were placed in my room by check-in. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace, a real bonus. I found a regional treat every day.
The air conditioning didn't work Properly. The room stayed warm .

The hotel offers a quiet street, so I could sleep well. The hotel's proximity to the city allowed me to reach the center quickly. I could easily walk down the hill to reach my destinations

the staff were amazing, so helpful with local restaurant recommendations and nearby cafes. the room was lovely with fresh teas and coffee pods provided daily. i also appreciated the location as it's a short walk to the center and the promenade.
the parking can be a bit difficult at times due to limited spaces, a minor inconvenience though.

I received a very warm welcome, including a complimentary glass of cava. the staff really goes above and beyond. They even helped arrange a taxi for my early morning departure. it was a top notch service!!!

I did find location very convenient, near attractions. The staff looked quite friendly, assisting me with local directions. I also liked that room had a nice balcony for morning relaxation.
The air conditioning seemed a bit ineffective. I did notice it struggled to maintain consistent temperature.

the room i was in was a bit of a letdown. i thought the room would be quieter but street noise was noticeable. also, the complimentary treats, while nice in theory, were a little stale. i think fresher snacks and better soundproofing would improve the stay.
